i dont know since i listened Good Bye- Air Supply...meskipun awalnya gua enggak sepenuhnya tau maknanya... something makes me feel what is felt by the sing...

This song makes me feel it was a man who said goodbye and why ... let go of our loved ones and leaving is not as easy when we scream it is a cruel thing...

PUDING COKELAT SUSU Resep Puding Cokelat Susu
Resep Puding Cokelat Susu

Bahan Puding Cokelat Susu :

Agar-agar bubuk cokelat, 2 bungkus
Gula pasir, 100 gram
Susu cair cokelat, 600 ml
Cokelat masak pekat, 100 gram, lelehkan
Pasta cokelat, 1 sendok teh
Garam, secukupnya

Bahan Saus :

Susu cair, 250 ml
Tepung maizena, 1 sendok teh
Gula pasir, 50 gram
Garam, secukupnya
Vanili bubuk, 1/4 sendok teh
Kuning telur, 1 butir, kocok

Cara membuat Puding Cokelat Susu :

Campur agar-agar, gula pasir, susu cair, dan garam. Aduk rata dan rebus di atas api sedang hingga mendidih sambil diaduk agar tidak pecah.
Masukkan cokelat masak pekat, masak hingga cokelat larut. Angkat, tambahkan pasta cokelat, aduk rata.
Tuang rebusan agar-agar ke dalam cetakan yang telah dibasahi air. Bekukan.
Saus : Rebus susu, tepung maizena, gula pasir, garam dan vanili hingga mendidih. Ambil 1 sendok sayur rebusan susu, tuang dalam kuning telur. Aduk rata.
Tuang kembali campuran kuning telur ke dalam rebusan susu. Rebus hingga mendidih dan kental sambil diaduk. Angkat dan dinginkan.
Keluarkan puding dari cetakan, sajikan puding dengan saus vanila.
